At Bumfy, we understand the excitement of receiving a package, and we work diligently to ensure our product reaches you as soon as possible!

 

Free Ground Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered within 2-6 business days from the day of purchase.
  • Cost: Absolutely FREE! We believe in offering what's best for our customers, which includes not charging for ground shipping.
  • Service: All orders shipped via our free ground shipping are handled with care and tracked to ensure they reach you safely.

Where do we ship to:

At this time, we are only able to ship to the continental United States.

We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

 

Additional Information:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 

The 2-6 business day timeframe starts from the day after your order is placed. 

For example, if you place an order on a Monday, your package should arrive between Thursday and Friday of the same week. Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays.

Returns

If, for any reason, you find that our product is not for you - return it to us for a full refund within 90 days after you've received your order.

 

To initiate a return: 

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@gobumfy.com to initiate the return process. Use the subject line: "RETURN: order #xxxxx"
  2. Packaging: Repack the remaining rolls in the original packaging or a secure package. Include a note with your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Send It Back: Ship the package to our return address which will be provided by our customer service.
  4. Refund Process: We'll process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned package. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We can only refund the original payment method.

Additional Information:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items returned damaged or without proper packaging might not be eligible for a full refund.

Always keep your shipping receipt until you've received confirmation of your refund.
